Sarlal Engineering Limited was established in the year 1974 with a purpose to produce cost effective grinding solutions with excellence in quality & service. During those days cast grinding balls were manufactured with the help of Cupola furnaces of cast iron grade. Gradually the technology progressed and in the year 1995 induction furnaces were installed to manufacture cast alloy grinding balls.

Progressing with changes in technology and adapting to the changing environment today SEL is an ISO 9001:2008 & OHSAS 18001 certificate holder.

SEL is a leader in Indian market controlling significant share in the grinding solutions sales with excellence in design, development of wear and abrasive resistant castings with over 270+ grades to offer to the mining, thermal, steel sectors with a capacity of 25000 MT annually located in Jamshedpur, India.
